We believe in the most important values
Our company
IN-CO is a new company (Srl), founded in Italy in May 2019 by two Italian citizens, Fabrizio Poli and Umberto Nenna, in order to develop and spread a new industrial application, born from an intuition of the two founders in 2014.
Poli and Nenna have worked in the plastics field for over 30 years and have developed many products in various industrial fields.
In particular, Fabrizio Poli has a long and extensive experience in the field of product design, as well as in the design and construction of moulds and equipment for injection moulding and blow molding of plastic materials.
After working a few years with some important Italian companies as Research and Development Manager, he founded a small company with which he worked for leading companies in different sectors (e.g. Lonati, Ducati, Piaggio, Aprilia etc).
He has developed many components and plastic products for them, providing them the moulds necessary for their production start-up. On the other hand, Umberto Nenna acquired his initial business experience in his father’s company and later, again with his father, founded a production company dedicated to blow moulding and injection moulding of plastic materials. They created their own products, which were exported to several European and non-European countries, but also plastic components for some important companies (such as Philips, Lidl, Nestle, etc.).
Despite his commercial extraction, he deals with all the technical and organizational problems that the productive life daily requires, acquiring skills in these areas and also making his staff responsible and aware of the various customers’ needs.
Our idea…
Thanks to the same industrial sector they share, Poli Fabrizio and Umberto Nenna had the opportunity to get to know each other, and during their working careers they have joined their forces for the development of some products. In 2014 they decided to undertake the course of a common path, dedicating themselves to an exclusive and innovative project.
